What’s included in my RGC registration?
Registration includes evening events, breakfast, and lunch each day, transportation to and from the evening events and access to the conference sessions.
Registration does not include airport transportation, accommodations and room expenses at The Breakers Palm Beach.
Is registration refundable?
RGC ticket purchases are nonrefundable for any reason. This includes but is not limited to, illness, unforeseen events or circumstances out of the reasonable control of REALM, the attendee or any other party, changes or modifications to the schedule, presenters, or events related to the conference, acts of God, travel-related problems, or acts of terrorism. If it turns out you are not able to attend, please notify us at concierge@realm-global.com.
If you need to cancel, please make sure to separately cancel your Breakers accommodations before the final room deadline of April 2, 2025.
Is my registration transferable?
Registrations are only transferable if the event reaches capacity. We will announce when we have hit capacity for the 2025 event.
Can my teammate or real estate partner attend events with a social ticket?
Teammates and business partners will need to book the full registration ticket for RGC 2025. The social ticket is only for spouses and family members that would like to join for the evening social events and to take advantage of the Breakers facilities.
Do I still have to pay for a full registration if I am only able to participate in a portion of the event?
Yes. The registration for RGC is for the full event. If you need to arrive late or leave early, there will be no discounting of the ticket price.
Should I arrive early/depart late for the RGC official event?
Yes! This is the largest event on the REALM Calendar for the year. Members will arrive early and leave late in order to connect and network with their peers in this beautiful setting. The Breakers room block accommodates these early and late requests.
Is there a style guide?
We will release our comprehensive outfit inspiration style guide online closer to the event to help you curate your look for the evening gatherings. The guide is designed to be fun and purely for inspiration—feel free to wear whatever you’d like!
Who’s attending RGC 2025?
The attendee and speaker directory will be available soon, allowing you to get acquainted with members and presenters and fostering connections that extend beyond the REALM Global Collective.
TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATIONS
How can I book at The Breakers Palm Beach at the exclusive rate, and when is the deadline to secure it?
Accommodations are not included in your event registration fee. We have arranged an exclusive room rate of $495 per night (plus tax) for the Deluxe Guestroom at The Breakers, available for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights.
The exclusive room rate is available for reservations made before Wednesday, April 2, 2025. You are able to book from May 19 – May 22, 2025 at this exclusive room rate. We are currently sold out of the other nights.
Is the room reservation part of registration?
No. You should be directed to the Breakers hotel booking page with the REALM Room block after registering for the event. Make your reservation here.
How do I secure a certain room type or provide preferences?
If you have a room related request, there is a space for the requests when booking your rooms online, which will be added to your reservation. However, if a you would like, you may also reach out to The Breakers Reservations Department, who are available from 9AM – 6PM ET daily, and can be reached at 1-888-BREAKERS (273-2537). The Reservations Department will be able to add notes and preferences to a reservation and speak with you directly should you have any other inquiries or requests.
What are the complimentary amenities at The Breakers Palm Beach?

Is my room refundable?

Is The Breakers Palm Beach pet friendly?
Pets are not permitted at The Breakers. Very Important Paws is the leading West Palm Beach Pet hotel and daycare.
What airports are close to The Breakers Palm Beach?
The Breakers Palm Beach is conveniently accessible via several nearby airports:
- Palm Beach International Airport (PBI): Located approximately 6 miles from The Breakers, PBI is the closest airport, offering both international and domestic flights.
- Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport (FLL): Situated about 42 miles south of The Breakers, FLL provides a wide range of flight options and is accessible via major highways.
- Miami International Airport (MIA): Approximately 72 miles south of The Breakers, MIA serves as a major hub for international and domestic flights, connecting travelers worldwide.

Cancellation Policy
RGC ticket purchases are nonrefundable for any reason. This includes but is not limited to, illness, unforeseen events or circumstances out of the reasonable control of REALM, the attendee or any other party, changes or modifications to the schedule, presenters, or events related to the conference, acts of God, travel-related problems, or acts of terrorism. If it turns out you are not able to attend, please notify us at concierge@realm-global.com.
Force Majeure
If an event beyond REALM’s reasonable control occurs that in REALM’s sole discretion would make conducting the conference impracticable, illegal, or impossible (including, but not limited to, an act of God, war, strike or labor disturbance, terrorist attack, extreme weather event, curtailment of transportation or travel either in the event city or in the countries/states of origin of the attendees or epidemic, pandemic or any consequence thereof), REALM may postpone or cancel the event. The sole and exclusive remedy for such postponement/cancellation by REALM shall be the offer of a credit for a future event in the amount of the paid registration fee.
